Solutions for Care, (formally Hand in hand Geriatric Care Management Company), is committed to assisting families with the challenges of aging. My goal is to maintain the well being, independence and dignity of the older family members while being sensitive to the family’s needs and resources. As a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers, I am committed to the highest ethical standards.

About Our CEO
Nancy is the Chief Executive Officer of Solutions for Care Inc. She has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Evangel University. Throughout her 25 years of experience in healthcare she has held positions as a clinician, state surveyor, business owner and health administrator.
Nancy is recognized locally as an expert in the field of geriatric case management. Nancy is certified in home health by the American Nurses Credentialing Center, Qualified as a Long Term Care Surveyor by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services, Medicare Hearing Officer for the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Nancy is also the founder of the Northeast Florida Chapter of the Florida Geriatric Care Managers Association. In addition, Nancy is an adjunct professor at Florida Community College. Nancy specialties include: Home health, Long term care, administration, quality management, marketing, consulting and training and she is the author of “Survivor! Ten practical steps to Survey Survival”.
